AMP automates the retail eligibility self-check — annual investment cap, state notice review, identity verification workflow, accredited-status path. Self-attestation only; binding determinations live in the qualified Offering Circular for each cohort.
Four questions. Computation runs in your browser. Nothing is stored on our servers from this self-check. Your binding eligibility is determined per cohort Offering Circular.
An SEC-qualified exemption that lets a company raise up to $75M per 12 months from individual investors — accredited and non-accredited. AMP uses this rail. Each cohort files its own Form 1-A.
If you are NOT accredited, the SEC limits your annual subscription to 10% of the greater of your annual income or net worth excluding primary residence — per Rule 251(d)(2)(i)(C). Accredited: no cap.
The cap protects retail investors from over-concentration in private-market exposure. AMP supports this — your subscription is sized to your circumstances, not vice versa.
Identity verification runs through our broker-dealer partner KoreConX, with automation in onboarding. Honest disclosure of current state below.
Honest status: KoreConX broker-dealer rails active. Automated identity verification activates on contract execution — currently in the vendor-onboarding phase. Until then, manual KYC review via KoreID with 24–48 hour turnaround. Disclosed in good faith — no overclaim.
Reg A+ Tier 2 generally preempts state-level notice requirements for the offering itself (JOBS Act federal preemption). A handful of states retain notice-only filings. Search for yours below.
This table is informational. Final state-by-state availability for any specific cohort is determined by the cohort’s qualified Offering Circular and state filing status at the time of subscription.
